For Domestic students
Applicants with higher education study
Completed nationally accredited health professional degree, at AQF7 including medicine, nursing and paramedicine, from an Australian higher education provider or equivalent overseas qualification,
AND at least 2 years of health professional experience,
AND some professional or life experience in a remote / extreme environment as specified by the College of Health and Medicine
or
Completed nationally accredited health professional degree at AQF7 (other than medicine, nursing or paramedicine), including exercise science, dentistry or physiotherapy
AND at least 2 years remote clinical experience as specified by the College of Health and Medicine
Applicants with work and life experience
This course does not accept applications based on work or life experience

Articulation
Students who complete the Graduate Certificate in Healthcare in Remote and Extreme Environments can articulate into the Graduate Diploma and Master of Healthcare in Remote and Extreme Environments. The Graduate Certificate in Healthcare in Remote and Extreme Environments provides an exit award for the Graduate Diploma and Master of Healthcare in Remote and Extreme Environments.
Fees & scholarships
Domestic students
This is a full-fee course, which means you’ll need to pay the full amount for your studies. Commonwealth Supported Places are not available in this course. However, there are still support options available for eligible students to help you manage the cost of studying this course.
You may be able to fund all or part of your tuition fees by accessing a FEE-HELP loan from the Australian Government. FEE-HELP is a loan scheme that assists domestic full-fee students to pay for University, which is repaid through the Australian Tax System once you earn above a repayment threshold. This means you’ll only have to start repaying the loan once you start earning above a specific amount
